Having a thirst for diversity and adventure, Patrick Bradley joined IQ Total Source as the Vice President, Finance & Operations in November 2015. He brings his multiple talents from a variety of industries, and he sees himself as “more than just an accountant.”
Patrick’s first role in accounting after college led to a Business Analyst position where he got a taste for coordinating practical details behind business success. In his last position with managed IT services provider, All Covered, acquired by Konica Minolta Business Solutions in 2011, Patrick lead operations and governance for 24 different cities across the U.S.
Spanning aerospace electronics to marketing to video games, Patrick’s work history encompasses a variety of unique skill sets essential to growing businesses. He survived the dot-com bubble, merged companies as a result of an acquisition and now offers his skills in accounting, finance, HR, facilities, IT and more in his role at IQ Total Source.
“As the VP, Finance & Operations, I am responsible for ‘everything but sales.’ Sales leadership is a passion of our talented owners.” His role, he clarifies, is responsible for the big-picture operations to make that passion grow into a successful business.
