The Pen’s and Paper of the Opportunity
Initial Franchise Fee
The initial Franchise Fee is $30,000 with discounts for commitments to multiple locations. The estimated cost of opening an IQ Total Source franchise will range between $47,500 – $128,750 depending on the location and other startup factors in each market. The cost includes the the initial franchise fee.
Personal Requirements
We require a minimum of $75,000 in liquid funds (cash, savings, mutual funds, stocks, etc) and a minimum of $250,000 in total net worth to financially support the opening of a IQ Total Source franchise.
