Megan Lazarou started working with IQ Total Source as Director of Print in April of 2015. Throughout her 20 years of experience in the print industry, she has worked in both operations and sales, and utilizes both sides of these skills in her day-to-day work.
Megan started working in the print industry while at the University of Houston, where she pursued a BBA in Computer Information Systems. From working at a copy shop, she moved into operations management, while simultaneously pursuing her MBA.
In part, Megan works behind the scenes, managing the print program and developing operating standards. But she also consults with customers who have a need for outsourced print services, and develops tailored programs to meet their goals. Megan says, “I am able to pull from my experience with both mid-sized companies to nationally recognized companies to develop custom solutions that meet any customer’s needs.”
Megan shares the WISE vision (wildly insane service experience), and is fully committed to making sure each project is done right and delivered on time. “Service is a key differentiator, especially in the print realm. At IQ we understand the importance of branding standards and quality control and will go above and beyond for our customers.”
For Megan, the most exciting part of work is being able to do her job the way she feels is right. “What I love about IQ is that we are given autonomy to do what it takes to do the job and customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all decisions.” We are happy to have her as part of this dynamic team
